For the most part, the Windows 10 upgrades have gone smooth but some issues have been reported. A lot of our customers have gone ahead and brought their computers in to us to have us run the upgrade. Any compatibility issues afterwards we have been able to take care of quickly by manually installing hardware drivers. We have had customers run the upgrade themselves with no issues and others have had similar driver issues afterward and their computers have been inoperable.
If you don’t feel comfortable running the update yourself, we are happy to do it for you! Or if you do it yourself and have issues, we are happy to resolve them for you!
We are offering a $75 special to upgrade your eligible Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 operating system to Windows 10. With that upgrade we insure all your drivers are up to date so all of your hardware is working properly.
Some computers may meet the minimum requirements for a Windows 10 upgrade, so Microsoft says you can get the free upgrade, but unfortunately the hardware may not be fully compatible. In this case we can advise you of your options.
